Policy
The property is available from 15 May to 30 September. Reservations can be made by email, phone, or via the reservation form on the website. In any case, the guest will receive an email with all additional details, including availability, the total reservation cost, and the bank account to which a deposit (30% of the total reservation cost) must be paid in order for the reservation to be valid. Prices may vary depending on the season.
The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival. If a reservation is cancelled or modified up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable but will be retained as a voucher for a future reservation. If cancelled or modified later, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. All prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees.
House Rules & Guest Information
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:30. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
Housekeeping
Standard housekeeping includes apartment cleaning and a change of bed linen every 3–5 days, provided the stay exceeds 5 nights. Additional bed linen and extra cleaning services are available upon request.
Children & Baby Facilities
Children under the age of 3 years may stay free of charge when using existing beds. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and free of charge.
Guests
Accommodation of additional guests is not permitted without prior notification and approval from management.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
